If you do the math on every single person experiencing these things, the sum of them are a hell of a lot larger than what statistics are showing. That is just the peope who are actually reporting this to an authority who keeps track. Most do not report this because of stupid questions and assumption like this question & the stigma associated with these things.
Seeing everything in the natural world around you change where it doesn’t look like it’s supposed to. i.e. Houses, neighborhoods, street signs, highway exit signs, the sky. (This is why people are getting lost and have no clue where they are)

The left ear can sound different then the right, if a person pays attention they can sense which direction the communication is coming from. Which Christianity in and of itself is also problematic.
